Training & Development

We are able to provide an objective analysis of individual and organisation training and development needs together with proposals for addressing these training needs and sourcing of suitable resources.

Motivational training in terms of Away Days and in-house projects are also used to enable individuals to think laterally and develop effective, original ways of working which suit both the organisation and individual needs.

Away Days

A number of Away Days have been held for different organisations. Objectives for each day have been tailored to the needs of the business to ensure relevant training is undertaken in a method suitable for the individual business. Often set in a hotel or health farm, the days are an effective yet enjoyable training and communication tool.
